We imagine a society of individuals, who are capable of meeting the expectations of the nation, open-minded toward the contemporary advancements, capable of free and scientific thought, well-educated, sophisticated, respectful to the rule of law, who think, produce, discuss and can improve their skills.
MISSION;
* To provide our children and young individuals, being the governors and administrators of the future, who, we expect, will own and protect the indispensable institutions of the laic and democratic republic in the light of the principles of Ataturk, with appropriate conditions and equality of opportunities in education, and to support and contribute to their education suitably with their skills and talents, to raise public awareness in respect of the importance and priority of education in terms of the proper allocation of resources and opportunities and to assign the society as a major stakeholder for purpose of the resolution of education and cultural development as essential social issues, and generally, to make efforts with a view to contribute to the educational, social, personal and professional improvement of our children, young individuals and all citizens,
* To improve the self-confidence in creativity of children and young individuals,
* To make efforts to improve the social, cultural and athletic educational levels of children and young individuals,
* To make financial and scientific contributions to and to so support the educational lives and activities of children and young individuals,
* To assist the children and young individuals of our nation, who cannot access the educational opportunities due to lack of financial impossibility, and to so enable them to access the same,
* To provide all needy and indigent children, who are protected at nursery schools and orphanages or not protected at institution, with social aids of various nature.
* Giving due consideration to the fact that children, who are not knowledgeable about their nation’s history would lack the national sensitivity to look to the future confidently; to improve the current level of national sensitivity and to carry out activities to that end,
* To contribute to the growth and education of children and young individuals to become creative, avant-garde, entrepreneur and successful individuals in the future,
* To render services for the publicity worldwide of Turkey, and to improve the awareness and eagerness of our citizens on the matter,
Commitment of Social Responsibility
We develop projects for the benefit of the society, and make contributions to the projects developed and implemented by other parties than Her Cocuk Bir Umuttur Dernegi (Every Child is A Hope Association). We attach the utmost importance to and carry out activities devoted to the growth, education and self-improvement of children and all students.
Researches and Creativity
Our association believes in the importance of social research, and provides the outcomes and conclusions it derives from its social researches for the benefit of science and the development of institutional services. Therefore; we steer numerous research activities within or outside the association, and provide the results of the same for the benefit of scientific studies and the public opinion. Tapping on our research activities through our creative aspect; we create novel ideas, and conduct theoretical and practical studies on the basis of such ideas.

* Our association demands all parties and entities, who and which are constituents of the social structure, and enforce powers on behalf of the public, to act in openness, integrity, legality, ethics, traceability and accountability, and carries out its activities within the same framework.
* Our association provides clear and accurate information to the concerned parties through the course of its activities toward its purposes.

* Even though our association may occasionally act in cooperation with numerous parties, entities and institutions at home and in abroad for the purpose of the accomplishment of its purposes; it never accepts any financial supports that might adversely affect or restrict its neutral and independent position under any circumstances whatsoever.
* Our association respects fundamental rights and freedoms, and aims at contributing to the creation of a world of participative democracy and open-mind for change.
